Author Guidelines

All manuscripts must be prepared in a Microsoft Word file format and submitted through the journal's submission form with its supporting documents.

Manuscript Formatting

  • Language: The manuscript must be in one of the languages supported by the respective journal.
  • Grammar: The text should be clear and grammatically correct.
  • Sections: The manuscript should be divided into the following sections, in this specific order:
    • Title page (Manuscript Title)
    • Abstract
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Recommendations
    • References (follow the specified citation style)
  • Figures and Tables: Place all tables and figures at the appropriate positions within the manuscript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

    Authors confirm that:

  4. Author Responsibility

  5. Archiving and Indexing
    Upon publication, articles will be assigned a DOI and archived in GSX’s digital repositories and partner indexing services to ensure long-term accessibility and discoverability.

  6. Withdrawal and Retraction
    GSX reserves the right to withdraw or retract published articles in cases of proven misconduct, plagiarism, or ethical violations, in accordance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
